After qualifying as an aerobics instructor, Francesca progressed to starting a fitness company that kept thousands of other fitness instructors updated on the latest trends, routines and best practices that they could take back to their local classes and inspire thousands more people. Over the years, tens of thousands of people have benefited from her work without knowing it.
While it was enjoyable to work with so many of the worlds best aerobics instructors, including world champions, Francesca sold the fitness training and events business to focus on improving the health of busy working families through diet and exercise.
The basis of our approach to promoting good health, which is at the heart of everything that we do, is rooted in our focus to using the best scientific research from the best research universities and field experts, as well as the best broadcasts from the plethora of noise about diets that are on the web.
